However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel a booking, order, or service request. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations are handled for shipments and associated services booked through our platform. 2. Service Cancellation by Customers Before Dispatch: You may cancel your booking or shipment request any time before the shipment has been picked up or processed. To cancel, please log into your Shipping Hero account or contact our customer support team via email or phone. If cancellation occurs before dispatch, a full refund (minus any applicable processing fee) may be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. After Dispatch: Once your shipment has been picked up or dispatched, cancellations are not permitted. You may, however, contact our support team to explore possible rerouting or return options (subject to carrier rules and additional fees). 3. Cancellation by Shipping Hero We reserve the right to cancel any shipment or service request due to reasons including but not limited to: Invalid or incomplete address details Non-payment or payment verification failure Prohibited items detected in shipment Logistical constraints or unforeseen operational issues In such cases, you will be promptly notified, and any eligible amount paid will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy. 4. Refunds on Cancellation Refunds are processed only for eligible cancellations as described above. Refunds are typically credited to the same payment method used during booking. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect in your account. 5. Third-Party Carriers and Partner Services If your shipment involves a third-party carrier or logistics partner, their respective cancellation and refund policies may also apply. Shipping Hero shall not be liable for delays or denials of refunds resulting from third-party processes. 6. Modification Requests Requests to modify shipment details (such as address, pickup time, or delivery preferences) are treated as cancellations followed by new bookings, depending on the stage of processing. 7.
