After an order is generated in our system, the shipment will be picked up within 1–3 working days, depending on courier partner availability and pickup serviceability in your area.

2. Delivery Timeline

Delivery may take approximately 5–10 working days after pickup. Actual delivery time depends on:

• Destination pincode

• Area serviceability

• Courier partner operational factors

Please note that delays may occur due to festivals, government restrictions, natural issues, or courier network load.

3. Nature of Our Service (Aggregator Model)

Shipping Hero is a software-based aggregator platform. We integrate multiple courier partners so businesses can book and manage shipments from one dashboard.

Because of this aggregator model:

• We do not handle the physical shipments.

• We do not perform pickups or deliveries ourselves.

• We are not responsible for any delay, damage, loss, misrouting, or any issue caused by third-party courier partners.

All logistics responsibilities lie directly with the respective courier company handling the shipment.

4. Liability Disclaimer

Shipping Hero shall not be held liable for:

• Shipment loss or damage

• Delay due to courier operations

• Wrong delivery or return issues

• Any claim related to courier partner performance

All claims must be raised directly with the courier partner as per their terms.

5. Tracking

Tracking details are updated by the courier partner. Our platform displays the same information shown by the partner. Any delay in tracking updates is from the courier’s side.
